MANE HAVEN SALON POLICIES

Deposits for all services are now required.

 

New guests are required to pay a non-refundable $50 deposit upon booking any service. The deposit will go towards your appointment. 

 

We kindly ask that if you cannot make your appointment, please give us a 48 hour cancellation notice to avoid any charges. 

 

Canceling 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service you booked for. 

 

For a no call no show, you will be charged 100% of the service you booked for, and you will not be able to make any future appointments with us unless you prepay your service in full.

Please be mindful of your appointment time as we run on a schedule, however we do give a 15 minute grace period. We just ask you give us a call if you know you are running behind.

 

We know emergencies happen and we completely understand if that’s the case, but we would appreciate a call or email to let us know. 

 

No call no shows are detrimental in our industry. We work on commission and if you fail to cancel and decide to not show up we don’t get paid. Please be considerate of our time.
